“Cycling transformed sensory overload into my peaceful rhythm.”
When Gabriel first came to Spectrum LifePath, navigating outdoor social spaces caused severe sensory fatigue. Through our Adaptive Motion program, we matched him with low-noise tandem routes, gradual pace goals, and sensory-friendly navigation gear.
In 2026, Gabriel registered independently for the Great Cycle Challenge, rallying friends and raising $559 to protect healthcare options for peers across Ontario.
